In Cincinnati, the busiest hours are Friday and Saturday evenings and any night with a big game, when quoted delivery times can stretch past an hour; ordering before 5 p.m. or picking up yourself avoids the wait. Delivery radiuses are small, often two to five miles, and a minimum order plus a delivery fee is normal, with a tip of a few dollars for the driver on top. Lunch specials such as two slices and a drink, or a personal pie, are the cheapest way to eat at most shops across Ohio on weekdays. Toppings are priced per item and half-and-half pies are usually free to request. Gluten-free crusts and vegan cheese are increasingly common but often cost a few dollars extra, and cross-contact in a shared oven is standard unless the shop says otherwise.

Hours are published for 7 days a week. The most common schedule is 11 am–9 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (513) 451-9911. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. More information is available on its website, werkhauspizza.com.

Great double stuffed pizza! Cheesy bread sticks were good! Nice friendly service and atmosphere. Nice off the beaten path place. We were visiting from northern Indiana and enjoyed every bite! Hope we can get back sometime to try other dishes.

Id heard lots of good things about this place from social media, so I was excited to try it. Absolutely sad and disappointing. There was literally no one else in the restaurant, staff acted bothered to be working but liked to stare from a distance. 2 different radio stations were playing on top of eachother. It was a super creepy, liminal vibe in this place. Then the food.....yuck. it was the saddest pizza I've ever eaten. There was ZERO love or attention paid to this food and it showed. No taste or flavor at all, no seasoning, it was falling apart. Practically inedible. Needless to say, it was extremely overpriced for the slop I received. I'd have been better off at Papa John's or eating gas station pizza. Very, very disappointed and now not surprised there were no other guests on a beautiful Saturday afternoon. The pizza pig outside really brings the sad, creepy vibe of this place together.

Absolutely delicious! That chicago deep dish is great! We came here because a couple of my coworkers were raving about it, and I have been craving Chicago-style pizza. This place did not disappoint! It is packed, though, and parking is tight. Some cars were parking on the road. We got the only parking spot available in the small lot. The waiting area is very small and can get cramped, but the wait honestly wasn't long, even with a few parties ahead of us. Our server was wonderful. I think we had the best seats in the house as well, all the way in the back corner behind the women's restroom with bench seating. We kept talking about how lucky we were to get that spot. It felt nice and secluded. The cheesy garlic bread was good as well, and came out quickly. The pizza was soon after. It came out quicker than we thought it would, considering how busy it was! We finished off with a piece of peanut butter pie to share. I wish we would have gotten 2 pieces because of how yummy that was!! I loved it. It was all around a great experience with delicious food, and we ate the other half of our pizza for dinner the next day. We will definitely be back!

This was our first time trying Werkhaus Pizza and we were right outside of the delivery area which was disappointing but decided to just go it. Placed the order 30-35 minutes later we arrived and realized I forgot my wallet. Drove back and got my wallet and was irrationally thinking this better be awesome or there is no way I'm coming back. Walk in and the staff was genuinely friendly and talkative. Once I got home and opened the pizza I was very happy. I never really liked Chicago style pizza because of the sloppiness. This was Chicago style perfected. Tasted good too! So happy someone recommended this place! We will be back for in haus dining. Please extend the delivery area! :)
